How long does shipping take for my pram?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the country.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your Babybee pram, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Do Babybee prams come with a warranty?
Yes, all our prams come with a comprehensive 3-year manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
Are the fabrics used in the prams machine washable?
Most of our seat liners and bassinet covers are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying all components to maintain their shape and quality.

Can I use a capsule with my Babybee pram?
Yes, our prams are travel-system compatible. We sell universal adapters that allow you to securely attach leading car capsule brands to your pram frame.
